Coach Jacob Dombrowski

Throughout my athletic career, I was an underdog. I wasn't a big-time recruit coming out of high school, but I had one goal: play college football. That meant a choice — teach myself how recruiting actually worked, or hang up the cleats early.

So I figured it out. I learned how to market myself to the schools I wanted, where I actually fit academically and athletically, and what to put in front of the right coaches at the right time.

That work paid off. I earned my way to Harvard, and along the way picked up lessons, experiences, and friendships I never would have found otherwise. That's exactly why I started Underdog Consulting — to help student-athletes in the position I was once in find their best-fit school and keep playing the sport they love.
